"Good price and arrived fast"
I ordered it on Monday and it showed up by Wednesday, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, and everything was packed well when it arrived. I’m usually careful about spending money, so I was happy that it felt like a good deal and there were no hassles at all

"Definitely worth it"
It’s been solid so far. The quality feels good, and it seems like it’ll last a long time, so for what I needed, it feels worth the money.

"Return was painless"
I ended up getting the wrong shade, so I had to send it back. I wasn’t really sure how annoying it was going to be, but it turned out fine. The instructions were easy enough to follow and I got a couple email updates along the way. The refund came back sooner than I thought it would too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, no real hassle

"Finally found shades that actually work for me"
I ordered a foundation and concealer from Charlotte Tilbury, the shade match surprised me in the best way. The photos and undertone notes actually made sense, which feels like a small personal win because I usually end up guessing and hoping for the best.
I also really appreciated that there were plenty of shades to choose from, not just the usual few beige options. My sister has a deeper skin tone and was able to find her match too, so we were both happy. Easy 5 stars from me.

"I do like some of the products..."
I do like some of the products, but the customer service was slow. I messaged about my order and didn’t hear back for days... then when they finally replied it wasn’t even that helpful. I had to follow up again which was just annoying. For what they charge, I expected better support. Not terrible, just not great
